If you need to hide gift cards, swag, or other rewards tabs from certain offices, follow this tutorial!

First you'll need to make sure each of your employees is assigned to an office location. You can use the bulk upload function to add office locations (tutorial on bulk upload here), or you can click the pencil icon next to a user to add it to their profile.

After all your employees have an office location attached to their profile, you can go to the Manage Rewards tab, and then click on "Reward Settings" at the top.

Choose the office you'd like to adjust for, in this case I'll click 'Orem'. Toggle off which rewards you would not like to show up for individuals in that office location. I'll turn off gift cards for our Orem office.

Your settings will automatically be saved.
