You can view the status of your redeemed rewards—such as gift cards, swag, and custom rewards—by visiting your Orders page.
Where can I view my reward history?
To view your past and pending rewards:
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the app.
Select Orders from the menu.
On the Orders page, you'll see details for:
Gift Cards
Swag (note Axomo orders exception below)
Custom Rewards
What if I didn’t receive my gift card?
If your gift card hasn't arrived:
You can re-send the gift card email to the address associated with your account directly from the Orders page.

How do I check my swag order status?
Swag orders will include tracking information in the Orders page when available.
If your swag was ordered through Axomo, it won’t appear in Nectar.

How do I track my custom rewards?
The Orders page shows the status of any custom rewards, including:
What has been approved
What is still pending
Who approved the reward
Please check with the person who is listed as the approver if you haven't received it.
Important: Only redeem rewards in your country

You should only redeem rewards available in the country where you live.
If you redeem a reward for a different country (e.g., a gift card not supported where you live), you may experience verification issues.
Nectar cannot refund or exchange these redemptions.
