How do I activate my prepaid card?

  1. Check your email after completing your Nectar redemption.

  2. Click the redemption URL included in the email.

  3. Enter the activation code provided and follow the on-screen registration steps.

  4. Choose between a virtual card or a physical card, if both options are available.

🏷️ Note: A $3.00 shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your card balance if you select a physical card.

What information do I need to provide?

During activation, you’ll be asked to enter:

  • Your name

  • Address

  • Email

  • Phone number

📍 Your address will be used for identity verification, especially for online purchases. You can update it later via your original redemption link or by logging into your account with the card provider.

Once activation is complete:

  • Virtual card details will be displayed on-screen.

  • A confirmation email will be sent for physical card orders.

❗ Not all prepaid card options offer physical card options. Availability depends on which card you redeem in Nectar.

Having trouble activating your card?

If your activation isn't working, try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.

  • Switch to a different web browser.

  • If using a VPN, disconnect and retry.

  • Try an incognito/private window if your browser allows it.

  • Switch from mobile to a desktop/laptop device.

  • If on mobile, try disconnecting Wi-Fi and using mobile data instead.

Important email reminder

❗ Your gift card is linked to the email address on your Nectar account at the time of redemption. This cannot be changed afterward.

If your email needs to be updated, please contact your company admin before redeeming your reward.
