Reward Spend Report

The Reward Spend Report provides insight into your organizations total reward redemptions

Accessing the Reward Spend Report

  • To view the Reward Spend Report, navigate to Admin Settings on the left-hand side of Nectar. Then go to Analytics > Reward Spend.

  • Once on the report page, you’ll see a breakdown of redemption activity across your organization, including details on reward types, amounts, and trends in usage.

  • You can further refine your view by using the Office Location or Department filters.

  • To share or analyze the data outside of Nectar, you can easily download it as a CSV or PDF.

Note: The data displayed in the report is based on the date range you select in the top-right corner of the page.


Reports Breakdown

  • First, we will walkthrough the top 3 reports and what the data includes.

Reward Spend

  • Total Reward spend: Displays the total dollar amount redeemed by users during the selected date range. This includes all types of redemptions.

  • Avg. Transaction Amount
    Shows the average dollar value of individual redemptions during your selected timeframe. Helps identify typical reward spend per transaction.

  • Points to Redeem
    Indicates the current total of unredeemed points available to employees.

Points Redeemed:

  • Displays where users redeemed their points within the selected date range. Redemption categories may include:

    • Amazon

    • Donations

    • Gift cards

    • Shipping

    • Swag

Year Breakdown

  • Shows total reward spend over the last 12 months.

  • This view is fixed to a rolling 12-month cycle and cannot be edited.

Total Reward Spend Breakdown

  • Provides a detailed view of how total reward spend is distributed across different reward types for each individual.

  • When you click the drop down button to the right, you will see a purchase breakdown for that individual in the date range selected.
