🌟 Note: The data displayed in the report is based on the date range you select in the top-right corner of the page.

Reports Breakdown

  • First, we will walkthrough the top 4 reports and what the data includes.

Total Points earned:

  • This will show you how many points total have been earned by your users in the selected timeframe.

  • Earned means given points in any way through Nectar.

Total Points given:

  • Shows total points given through shoutouts, comments, or custom awards in the selected time frame.

Points to Redeem:

  • Indicates the current total of unredeemed points currently in your team's point balances.

Boosted Points

  • Points to redeem that were "boosted" to points to give.

  • Here is our help article on what Boosted Points are.

12 month chart

  • You will also see a 12 month bar chart of total points earned in the past year.

  • This report will also calculate an Average dependent on this data which is represented by the dotted line throughout the chart.

Category Breakdown

  • You can also see a helpful breakdown of how points were earned by looking at the Category Breakdown chart.

Points given vs Allowance

  • This report shows the total points given (shoutouts & comments) vs. allowance this past year.

  • This data can be helpful to project future budgeting of reward spending and allowances.

  • For example, seeing that users are on average only spending about 50% of their allowance can help to inform future decisions on budgeting.

Point Adjustments

  • Displays any manual point changes made by admins.

  • These adjustments reflect increases or decreases to a user’s point balance that are not tied to shoutouts, comments, or other standard earning activities.

🌟 Note: this data set has its own date range that functions independently of the date range set at the top of the page
