How do I access the Manager Report?

The Manager Report helps you analyze how recognition is flowing at the team level. It gives you visibility into how managers are engaging with their teams through shoutouts and recognition habits.

  1. Click Analytics from the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Select the Managers tab at the top of the page.

Organization Chart

The Organization Chart displays your company's structure in a tree format, from left to right.

  • You can:

    • Search for individuals to see where they fall in the org chart.

    • Check the box next to a manager's name to view their team data.

    • Compare multiple managers by selecting more than one checkbox.

    • Click View More to open a detailed Team Insights report for a specific manager.

Note: A checkbox next to someone’s name means they have direct reports.

Why does my organization chart look off?

If the chart doesn’t display as expected, check for the following:

  • Missing manager data: Ensure at least 75% of users have managers assigned in their profiles.

  • Manager loop: This happens when two users are assigned to each other as managers. Update profiles to remove circular assignments.
