Frequently asked questions:

Why is an inactive team member still showing in my monthly report?

If you’ve recently deactivated a team member but still see them in your monthly report, don’t worry—this is expected behavior.

Why do inactive users still appear in reports?

When a user is marked as inactive, they will continue to appear in reports until the end of that same month.

This is intentional to ensure your reports and metrics stay accurate for the full reporting period.

Example: If someone is marked inactive on October 10, they will still appear in October reports but not in November.
