If you’ve run out of Points to Give but would like to continue sending shoutouts with points, you can convert your redeemable points into Points to Give using the "Boost Points to Give" feature.
To do this:
Navigate to the Home page and on the right-hand side, locate and select "Boost Points to Give"
You can choose the number of points you'd like to convert(be sure to scroll down to see additional amounts available).
Select Redeem for x Points to Give to continue to the next step.
To complete the process, you'll need to accept the terms and conditions by selecting the checkbox. Once confirmed, the selected Points to Redeem will be deducted from your account and added as Points to Give for the current month.
Exchanging your Points to Redeem for Points to Give is irreversible
Point Boosts are only usable in the month you redeem them, after which they expire. Any unused Points to Give will expire on the last day of the month, just like your regular allotment.
