Here's a step by step walkthrough of the easiest way to purchase an item from Axomo in Nectar.
🌟 Some companies allow employees to purchase swag using a personal payment method, such as credit card or bank account. If this option is enabled for your company, you can choose to split the cost of your swag item between points and your personal payment method, or order swag just using your payment method and no points!
Once you're logged into Nectar, go to the Rewards tab on the left hand side. If your company has an Axomo swag store, click that tab at the top.
Note that your tab may be named something other than Swag (Axomo) like shown in the screenshot below.
You'll know you're on the Axomo tab because there will be a button in the upper right hand corner that says Go to Axomo with an arrow.
If you are just browsing, click Select Reward on an item and then View Details in Axomo to open that item in Axomo without redeeming points.
Note that if you click "Redeem", your points will automatically be converted over to Axomo store credit and we CAN NOT REVERSE THIS TRANSACTION.
Once you've verified that's the item you want to purchase, it's in stock in the size and color you want, navigate back to Nectar and click "Redeem" to convert your Nectar points into Axomo store credit on the Axomo store.
Once you are in Axomo, you will see how much Axomo store credit you have in the upper right hand corner of Axomo.
Click Add to Cart to put the item in your cart. Once you've finished shopping, click Proceed to Checkout.
Follow the steps to fill out your shipping information and preferred shipping method.
Once you get to the "Payment Method" section, make sure to click "Apply" to apply your NectarHR points to the order.
If your Nectar points won't cover the full cost of the item, Axomo will then ask how you'd like to cover the rest of the cost.
If your company does not allow for personal payment methods, then you will not be able to complete checkout and will need to contact your Nectar admin for this to be enabled.
Or you can use the Swag Store Credit to convert more points.
Add in your preferred method of payment, review your order, and send it off!
