Here's a step-by-step guide for purchasing an item from your company's Axomo swag store in Nectar.
🌟 Note: Your company may allow personal payment methods (like credit cards) in Axomo. If enabled, you can:
Split the cost between Nectar points and personal payment.
Or make a full purchase using personal funds—no points required!
Step 1: Go to the Axomo store in Nectar
Log in to your Nectar account.
Click the Rewards tab on the left-hand side.
Look for the Swag (Axomo) tab at the top (your company may have renamed it).
Click the Go to Axomo button in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Browse items in Axomo
If you're just browsing, click Select Reward under an item and then choose View Details in Axomo to preview it.
Do not click "Redeem" unless you're ready to convert points—this action is final and cannot be reversed.
Step 3: Redeem points for Axomo store credit
Once you've confirmed the item is:
In stock
Available in the correct size and color
Return to Nectar and click Redeem for X Points on the item you want. This converts your Nectar points into Axomo store credit.
Step 4: Complete your purchase in Axomo
In Axomo, your store credit balance appears in the top-right corner.
Click Add to Cart for the item you want.
When ready, click Proceed to Checkout.
Step 5: Enter shipping and payment info
Fill out your shipping address and shipping method.
On the Payment Method step, click Apply to use your NectarHR store credit.
💡 If your points don’t cover the full amount, Axomo will prompt you to pay the remainder using a personal payment method (if enabled by your company).
If you can’t use a personal payment method
You won’t be able to complete checkout unless your admin has enabled this option.
You can either:
Contact your Nectar admin for help.
Redeem more Nectar points using the Swag Store Credit option to cover the full cost.
Step 6: Finalize your order
Enter any required payment info.
Review your order.
Submit it!
