โ— YOU MUST HAVE ATTEMPTED TO LOGIN TO NECTAR BEFORE PROCEEDING. The QR codes and screenshots below are JUST EXAMPLES and WILL NOT take you to your account. Visit app.nectarhr.com and login, then you will be prompted to set up MFA for your account. The steps below are to help you through that process.

1) After attempting to login to Nectar, you will be directed to a screen asking if you'd like to set up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) using an app or text message. This tutorial is if you selected you'd like to use an Authenticator app.

2) If you do not have an authenticator app, we recommend downloading one like Authy or Google Authenticator. Download and sign in to the app, or just open it if you already have it available. We'll use Twilio Authy for this tutorial.

3) Once you are logged in to your Authenticator app, click "Add Account".

4) You'll then be prompted to scan the QR code, from step 1. This will be the QR code on the Nectar website, most likely what you see on your computer.

5) You will then be prompted to enter an account nickname, we'll stick with Nectar for this tutorial. Click "Save".

6) You will be redirected back to your main screen, where you will now see the code to log in.

7) Type the code in on the Nectar website page on your computer, and choose "Verify Code".

8) You will receive a confirmation screen. Click "OK"

9) You will now be redirected to the Nectar website! You will only be asked to access your MFA code after logging fully out of Nectar, or every 90 days.

10) To access your new code, simply open your authorization app, and you will see the new code generated for you.
