Your administrator will first need to add the Nectar Slack integration for your team. Your administrator will select a channel within Slack that the integration will be synced with. Once the integration is installed, you can use the /give command in that channel to give a shoutout via Slack. You will also need to @ an individual on your team, add points and one of your company's core values. Type /give help and send to get a list of available company core values.

Example shoutout: /give @person +10 #teamwork

You can add a personalized message in shoutouts as well by simply typing in the text after the core value.
