Operationalize your company's values through the shoutouts that your team gives to each other. Get daily insight into how your employees are living your company's values.
Adding and editing company values as hashtags
Add or edit your company's values in the Settings tab > Allowances & Values > Core Values. You will be able to add up to 12 company values. Insert a # sign in front of each company value.
If you have verbiage around what each value means to you as a company, write that in the description. We recommend putting at least a sentence or two in the description so that your Core Values will show up on the left hand side of the home screen, making it easy for employees to remember what they should be shouting out for.
Remember to press "Save Settings" after you're done editing your company values.
