How do I view Survey results and analytics?

After sending a Survey through Engage, you can track responses, view engagement data, and analyze individual question performance

How do I access survey results?

  1. Go to the Engage section of Nectar.

  2. Click on the survey you sent to open it.

  3. You’ll land on the Preview tab, which shows the survey as it appeared to employees.


What can I see in the Analytics section?

Click on the Analytics tab to view survey performance. You’ll find key data points including:

Survey Analytics Overview

  • Total Responses: Number of employees who completed the survey.

  • Completion Rate: Percentage of recipients who completed the survey.

  • Drop-off Rate: Percentage of recipients who started but didn’t finish.

  • Average Time to Complete: Time users took, on average, to complete the survey.

  • Department Completion Rate: Breakdown of completion by department.

How do I view question-level insights?

Scroll down in the Analytics tab to the Individual Question Analytics section to view data for each survey question.

Important: At least 3 responses are required for question-level analytics to appear. This protects employee anonymity.

Open response questions require 5 or more responses.


Where can I see who received the survey?

Navigate to the Recipients section to view the full list of employees the survey was sent to. For each recipient, you’ll see:

  • Name

  • Whether the survey was Delivered

  • Whether the recipient Opened the survey

  • Whether they Completed the survey


Can I download these reports?

Yes, you are able to download reports from surveys! On the analytics page you will see a Download button for each report available.

❗ Important: You will only be able to download the reports once there are enough responses
