How will I receive the survey?
You’ll get the survey via email. The message will include:
The survey name and description
The survey close date
A button or link to open the survey
What happens when I open the survey?
Clicking the survey link will redirect you to the survey page, where you’ll see:
The total number of questions
Each question displayed one at a time
A Next button to move through the survey
Are my responses anonymous?
Yes—survey responses are anonymous by default.
🌟 Important: If a question allows you to Attach Your Name and you choose to do so, that specific response will no longer be anonymous to your admin.
Can I change my answers?
Yes, you can edit your answers before submitting the survey:
Use the Back button (bottom left) to return to previous questions and make changes.
🌟 Important: Once you submit the survey, your responses are final and can’t be changed.
Do I need to take any other steps after submitting?
No further action is needed after submitting your survey. Once you click Submit, your survey is complete and you can close the browser tab.
If your admin associates any Nectar points with the survey, you will get the points as soon as you complete the survey
