  1. Go to your Nectar account.

  2. Click Reward Cards on the left-hand menu under the Admin settings.

3. Select Order Reward Cards to start your order.

4. Select a Point Amount for the cards. This is how many points you want to be on the card. (i.e. 100 points = $10 USD)

5. Select the Card Quantity in that denomination. This will be how many total cards you want for that points amount. (example shows 100 cards each for 100 points or $10 USD)

6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 if you'd like to order several different point amount card options before checking out.

7. Upload your company logo by selecting Choose File and uploading the logo you would like to be printed on the card.

10. Click Continue to Review Order.

Checking your Reward Card Order Status

You can review your order status after placing an order by going to Rewards Cards and selecting Order History.

Canceling a Reward Card

If your cards are lost or missing you are able to invalidate the cards. This will make them so they are not able to be claimed on a user's account. If you invalidate the card and it was already claimed, the points will be removed from the user's account.

To invalidate cards, go to Rewards Cards, then Card List. You can search for cards by Order Number, Point amount, and/or Status.

You are also able to invalidate/validate cards individually by clicking the Invalidate/Validate button on the right side of the card.

Or in bulk by doing Select all on the left hand side.
