Rewards Cards

Use this guide on how to order Rewards Cards, check order status, and invalidate cards if needed.

Note: If you don't see the Rewards Cards tab in your account, your account may not have this feature enabled. Contact your Nectar account manager for assistance.

How do I order Rewards Cards?

  1. Log in to your Nectar account.

  2. In the left-hand menu under Workplace Settings, click Rewards Cards.

  3. Click Order Reward Cards to begin your order.

  4. Choose a Point Amount for the cards.

    1. Example: 100 points = $10 USD.

  5. Select the Card Quantity for that point amount.

    1. Example: 100 cards with 100 points each.

  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add additional card denominations.

  7. Upload your company logo: Click Choose File and upload the logo you want printed on the cards.

  8. Click Continue to Shipping Details and then click Add an Address.

  9. Click Continue to Review Order.

  10. Review your order carefully.

  11. Click Place Order to complete the purchase.


How do I check my Reward Card order status?

  1. Go to Workspace Settings and click the Rewards Cards section.

  2. Click Order History to see the status of your orders.


How do I cancel or invalidate a Reward Card?

If cards are lost or unclaimed, you can invalidate them to prevent use.

Important: If a card is already claimed and then invalidated, the associated points will be removed from the user’s account.

To invalidate a card:

  1. Go to Rewards Cards > Card List.

  2. Search by Order Number, Point Amount, or Status.

  3. To invalidate or validate:

    • Click the Invalidate/Validate button next to an individual card, or

    • Select multiple cards using the checkboxes and choose Select all to manage in bulk.
