Rewards Cards

Use this guide on how to order Rewards Cards, check order status, and invalidate cards if needed.

Note: If you don't see the Rewards Cards tab in your account, your account may not have this feature enabled. Contact your Nectar account manager for assistance.

How do I order Reward Cards?

To order Reward Cards from your Nectar account:

  1. Log in to your Nectar account.

  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Workplace Settings > Reward Cards.

  3. Click Order New Cards

  4. On the Order Reward Cards page, select the Point Amount for each card.

    Example: 100 points = $10 USD

  5. Enter the Quantity of cards you want to order.

    Example: 100 cards with 100 points each

  6. Upload your company logo by clicking Choose File.

  7. Click Proceed to Checkout.

  8. Add a new address by clicking Add an Address, or choose an existing one.

  9. Click Continue to Review Order to preview your design and details.

  10. When everything looks correct, click Place Order to complete the purchase.


How do I check my Reward Card order status?

You can view the status of current and past Reward Card orders:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Reward Cards > Order History.

  2. You'll see a list of all orders, including their statuses and details.


How do I cancel or invalidate a Reward Card?

If a card is lost or unclaimed, you can invalidate it to prevent it from being used.

Important: If a card is already claimed and then invalidated, the associated points will be removed from the user’s account.

To invalidate a card:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Reward Cards > Manage Cards.

  2. Search for the card using Order Number, Point Amount, or Status.

  3. To manage cards:

    1. Click the three dots and select Invalidate/Validate next to an individual card, or

    2. Use the checkboxes to select multiple cards and click Invalidate Selected.
