If you need to edit a shoutout after it is posted, you can select the three dots on the top right corner of the shoutout and select the "Edit Message" button.*

Users can edit the shoutout message but not the @ receiver, + points or # core value.

If you need to undo a shoutout, you can delete the shoutout*. This will reverse the points and remove the shoutout. The points will be removed from the receiver and returned to the sender.

The points will also be removed from the leaderboard and analytics when the shoutout is deleted.

*Normal users can edit or delete a shoutout for up to 24 hours after they have sent it. After that you will need to reach out to your company admin to delete the shoutout.
