Follow these steps to reset your Nectar password.
Note: If your company uses single sign-on (SSO), these steps won't work. Please contact your IT team to reset your password. Admins also cannot reset passwords for SSO accounts through Nectar. All password management for these accounts must be coordinated through your organization's SSO system.
How to reset your password
Resetting Passwords for Standard Accounts
Go to the Nectar login page.
Enter your email address and click Enter.
Click Forgot password.
Re-enter your email and click Continue.
Check your inbox for a password reset email.
Click the link in the email to open the reset page.
Create and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.
Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Admins Assisting with Password Resets
Admins can assist users by sending a password reset email. They need to navigate to https://app.nectarhr.com/login, enter the user's email address, and follow the reset process. However, admins cannot directly reset the passwords themselves.
Tip: If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
