You can update your credit card or bank account on file from the Workspace Settings > Billing tab in your Nectar account.
❗ Important: If you don't see the option to add your payment method, it may be due to the payment type your company uses. Contact your Nectar Account Manager for questions.
How to update your credit card:
Go to Workspace Settings > Billing.
In the Payment Method section, select Change next to your credit card.
Edit your existing card details or enter new card information.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
How to update your bank account (ACH):
This option is only available for companies in the United States.
Go to Workspace Settings > Billing.
Select Change next to your bank account under the ACH payment method.
Follow the guided steps from Stripe to update your bank account details.
Note: If your bank account doesn’t appear as an option in Stripe, email [email protected] for assistance with adding your payment method.
