Admins can set the user monthly allowance by navigating to the Settings > Allowances & Value tab of the Admin panel. On that page click on the Edit monthly allowance button.

Clicking on that button will open the Peer to Peer Allowance page. Insert the point amount you want your normal users(non-managers) users to receive each month on the 1st of each month. Then press Save Settings.

These changes will take into effect the first day of the upcoming month. If you are editing this prior to launching out Nectar to your team then it will take into effect immediately for all the users who haven't signed into their Nectar account yet.
