What can I see on my Profile Page?
When you open your Profile Page, you'll land on the Personal Information tab at the top.
Here's a breakdown of the key areas and what they include:
What’s in the Account Summary section?
The left-hand side of your Profile Page includes a summary of your account, plus actions you can take with your points.
Points to Redeem
Redeem Now: Opens the rewards page where you can spend your available points.
Transfer Points to Redeem: Available for employees in multiple workspaces. Use this to move points between workspaces (if applicable).
To transfer points between workspaces, log in to your Nectar account via the desktop site. Use the workspace switcher in the main menu and locate the button at the top labeled for switching points. Follow the prompts to complete the transfer process.
Note: This feature is not available on the mobile app. Please use the desktop version for workspace transfers.
Redeem Rewards Card: If you’ve received a Rewards Card, this is where you can redeem it.
Points to Give
Boost Points: Convert your redeemable points into giveable points.
Note: Boosting points is not reversible. Once converted, those points can't be used for rewards.
What are the navigation tabs at the top?
These tabs help you explore different areas of your account. (Yours may show as a dropdown if you are on a non-desktop device):
Personal Information – View and update your profile details.
Activity – See your recently Received and Given recognition.
Orders – Check your historical reward redemptions.
Notifications – Manage your email and in-app notification settings.
Security – Update your password or enable two-factor authentication.
Workspaces – View or switch between your connected workspaces.
