Where can I see past shoutouts I’ve received or given?
To view your shoutout history:
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
Select Activity from the menu.
You’ll see a full history of both received and given shoutouts. You can also use the Filter button to narrow down to to find the shoutout type.
Alternatively, you can click on a username in the home feed to view their profile and see their activity, including received shoutouts.
Note, Nectar currently lacks a global search functionality for shoutouts, so scrolling or manual navigation may be required to find specific recognition posts. For example, you can scroll manually to the approximate date of a post or click on a username in any shoutout to view their activity history.
Managers can also access activity for their direct reports through the Team Insights section.
