Learn about what information you can discover from each sent Communication Campaign

After a Campaign has been sent, there are some reporting options you can see for each individual Campaign.

  • First, you will find the sent Campaign on the Communication tab and click into it.

  • Then, you will see the Details tab of the Campaign Communications and the reporting on the Email Performance once it was sent. The Email Performance shows:

    • Recipients: How many unique contacts were intended to receive this email.

    • Delivery Date & Time

    • Create by

    • Reply to email

  • To see the Analytics reports of the communication, switch to the Analytics tab.

  • There is a chart with Open Distribution by Channel with the list of channels that the communication was sent out to.

    • As well as Open Rate and Click Rate.

  • Scrolling down, it will show performance for each channel sent to. You will see:

    • The list of employees sent to

    • Communication type it was sent out (Email, SMS, etc)

    • and if the Communication was Delivered, Opened, and/or Clicked on.

  • There will be a chart for each channel listed in a tab view that you can click on to display each one.
