After a Campaign has been sent, there are some reporting options you can see for each individual Campaign.
First, you will find the sent Campaign on the Communication tab and click into it.
Then, you will see the Details tab of the Campaign Communications and the reporting on the Email Performance once it was sent. The Email Performance shows:
Recipients: How many unique contacts were intended to receive this email.
Delivery Date & Time
Create by
Reply to email
To see the Analytics reports of the communication, switch to the Analytics tab.
There is a chart with Open Distribution by Channel with the list of channels that the communication was sent out to.
As well as Open Rate and Click Rate.
Scrolling down, it will show performance for each channel sent to. You will see:
The list of employees sent to
Communication type it was sent out (Email, SMS, etc)
and if the Communication was Delivered, Opened, and/or Clicked on.
There will be a chart for each channel listed in a tab view that you can click on to display each one.
