Workspace Templates

Learn about the Templates feature within Internal Communications

Template Library

These base templates in the Template Library cannot be changed in your workspace. To save changes made to these templates they MUST be saved as a Workspace Template.

The Template Library gives you access to existing templates options as a jumping off point in creating a new communication.

  • To access the template library, go to Templates > Template Library.

  • Or Create a new communication and access the Template Library there.

  • Once you customize a Template, you can save it to be a workspace template to edit and reuse. Continue below to see how.


Create a custom Template aka Workspace Template

Workspace Templates are Communication Templates that have been created and saved specific for your company.

  • To create a Workspace Template, you can either go to the Templates tab and select an existing template to edit or create new template.

    • You can also create and save the Workspace Template when create a Communication Campaign.

  • Once you are ready to save the template, click the drop down arrow and select Save as a Template

  • Give the template a:

    • Clear Name

    • Description

    • and add any Tags you'd like - you can also add new ones!

  • Then click Save Template.

  • Now when you go to Templates > Workspace Templates, you will see your saved custom templates.

  • From there, you can click the three dots to the far left of the template and can:

    • Create a Communication

    • Edit the Template

    • Copy a link to the Template

    • Duplicate

    • or Delete
