Once a custom budget is created, you can manage its name, point amount, description, and the programs or user groups tied to it. You can also reassign unused points or archive the budget when it's no longer active.
Managing budgets helps keep spend accurate, owners aligned, and recognition programs clean and intentional.
Why would I need to manage a Custom Budget?
Common reasons include:
Adjusting point amounts mid-quarter
Updating ownership after a team restructure
Moving leftover points to a new initiative
Cleaning up old or unused programs
Where do I manage Custom Budgets?
All budget management happens in the Budgets section of Admin.
From there, you can:
Open any budget to view its details
Reassign remaining points
Edit the budget’s name, amount, or description
Change which programs use the budget
Archive the budget when it’s no longer needed
