Resetting your password ensures continued, secure access to your Nectar account. Follow the instructions below based on your account type and user role.
Note: If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), these steps will not work, and admins cannot reset passwords for SSO accounts within Nectar. Please contact your organization’s IT team to update your password through your internal SSO system.
How do I reset my password for a standard account?
If you log in to Nectar directly using an email and password, follow these steps to reset your credentials:
Go to the Nectar login page.
Enter your email address and select Enter.
Click Forgot password.
Re-enter your email address and click Continue.
Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Nectar.
Click the link provided in the email to open the reset page.
Create and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.
Return to the Nectar login page and sign in with your new credentials.
Tip: If you do not see the password reset email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you have access to your registered email address before starting this process, and choose a strong, unique password.
How do admins assist users with password resets?
Admins cannot directly set or type a new password for a user, but they can assist by triggering or troubleshooting a reset email.
To help an employee reset their password:
Direct the employee (or navigate on their behalf) to the Nectar login page.
Enter the user's registered email address and follow the standard Forgot password process to send a reset link to their inbox.
If the employee reports that they have not received the reset email:
Verify that the user's email address is spelled correctly and matches the account registered in Nectar.
Ask the user to check their spam or junk folders.
Confirm with your organization's IT team that Nectar email addresses are whitelisted.
