If you need to change or update the payment method you have on file, log into your Nectar Account and go to Settings then Billing.
Credit Card
If you have a credit card on file, you can select the option to Change the card. If you select 'Change' you will be able to make edits or input new information to the card section.
Once you are done with you edits, select 'Save' to save the information.
Bank Account/ACH
If you have a Bank Account - ACH on file you can select the option to Change the account information. After, you will follow the instructions guided by Stripe.
If the Bank Account you want to add isn't showing up through Stripe, you can email [email protected] with assistance in adding your payment method.
