Safelisting Nectar's IPs in Barracuda

To ensure that all emails created and sent through Nectar pass through Barracuda we need you to whitelist our IP addresses.

Steps for customers using Barracuda’s Email Security Service (cloud):

  • Log in to your Barracuda Cloud Control.

  • Go to Email Security > Inbound Settings > IP Address Policies.

  • In the IP Blocking / Exemption section, enter the following IP:

    • 159.183.82.50

  • In the Netmask field, enter 255.255.255.255 (Standard Netmask)

  • If you’d like, add a note in the Comment field. For example: Nectar's IP Addresses

  • Click Add to safelist the IP address.


Steps for customers using Barracuda’s Email Security Gateway (on-premises):

  • Log in to your Barracuda Email Security Gateway web interface.

  • Go to the BLOCK/ACCEPT > IP Filters page.

  • In the Allowed IP/Range section, enter the following IPs:

    • 159.183.82.50

  • In the Netmask field, enter 255.255.255.0 (Standard Netmask).

  • If you’d like, add a note in the Comment field. For example: Nectar's IP Addresses.

  • Click Add to Safelist the IP address.
