To ensure smooth and uninterrupted email delivery from Nectar, we recommend that your Network and Security teams whitelist the following IP addresses, email addresses, domains, and URLs.

Tip: Whitelisting these items helps prevent important messages—such as rewards, notifications, and support emails—from being blocked or filtered as spam.

If your system parses URLs in email content, mark the following as safe:

  • *.cloudinary.com

  • click.rewardlink.com

  • nectarhr.com

Note: Including wildcard domains like *.cloudinary.com helps ensure full coverage for dynamic or subdomain-based content.
