Sometimes to help refresh/reload systems it helps to empty your cache and do a hard reload of the browser. Here are the steps on how to do that.

Step 1: Right click anywhere on browser screen

Step 2: click Inspect on the bottom of the menu

Step 3: Right click on “Refresh”at the top of the browser

Step 4: Click Empty cache and Hard Reload

Step 5: Click the X in the red box to go back to your normal screen.
